Cashmere

Cashmere is known for its softness, producing a luxury feel. It is up to 8 times more insulating than regular sheep’s wool, providing superior insulation. This is due to the harsh climate the cashmere goats live in, with extreme cold weather conditions. Cashmere is a lightweight fabric in comparison to the warmth it offers.  Cashmere clothing is wrinkle resistant and never bulky, which makes it easy to travel with.

Wool

Wool is a natural fiber harvested from sheep through annual shearing. Highly versatile, it is primarily known as an excellent insulator, keeping you warm and cozy by trapping air between its fibers. You can also worry less about wear and tear than with other fabrics, since wool is prized for its durability. Wool can be recycled after being thrown out—either used for other products or for fertilizer—making it a remarkably eco-friendly material.

Acetate

Acetate is eco-friendly because it is made from biodegrading and naturally occurring substances especially wood shaving. It is one of the man-made fabrics and has an appearance almost same to silk. It is one of the most versatile of fabrics and can resist wrinkling. Acetate offers a high level of comfort to the wearer and has better moisture absorption properties that ensures better sweat control for wearers, as compared to other synthetic fibers.

Silk

Silks are produced by the silkworms which are fed from the mulberry leaves. This fabric drapes well yet lightweight. Silk is highly absorbent and can absorb 30% of its weight without that damp feeling. This makes it a breathable fabric since it can absorb your perspiration. We use organic and wild silks to be animal-friendly and the natural resource guarantee the fabric being hypoallergenic.

Cupro

The fiber itself is derived from cotton linter, which is the very fine, soft material that sticks to the cottonseeds and is left behind after the cotton has been ginned. Like tencel and modal, cupro is a cellulose fiber, two fabrics that are also often used in lieu of silk. The fabric is breathable and regulates body temperature well. Additionally, there is no need to take this textile to the cleaners- it can be washed and dried in the machine, is anti-static, and resists stretching out at high temperatures. If sensitive skin is a concern, cupro is hypoallergenic as well.
